Strong Enough To Take The Challenge??
After all the drama and trauma with my hard drive, it's very fitting that the theme for my May Scraps of Life Challenge over at The Shak** is 'My Strengths'. Obviously my psychic powers were at work when I set my themes up a few months ago (I kid you not, I can tell you what the theme will be for May next year, I am that organised!)
**Just a little heads up for you, if you click the link to surf on over to DSS and you can't get on there, it'll because the site is moving to a new server today. Try it again over the next couple of days and you'll be sure to get in!
So what I want from you all this month is your lovely layouts focusing on what makes you strong. It could be your personal qualities that make you strong, or someone else that gives you strength, or you could even do a layout about something that happened to you that gave you strength, or how you found the strength to deal with something.
Here's my layout, which I hope will inspire you:

Don't forget, taking part in the challenges at DSS has a special reward - a totally FREE and fabby kit each month, and all you have to do is complete four challenges out of the many we have each month. They're not even all layout challenges - we usually have a blog challenge going, and a photography challenge too, so there's something for everyone.
This months' Challenge kit is by the fabulous Junianas Designs. It's called Shiny Days, and you don't want to miss out on it, be honest! This is what it looks like:

As usual, I am procrastinating wildly, despite having lots of scrummy new stash to play with. I have CT assignments to fulfil and no inspiration to fulfil them with. In situations like this you'd think I'd go off and do something else in the hope that inspiration will bite me on the bum, but no, I persist in mooching aimlessly through my files, desperate for inspiration to strike so that I can get on and get stuff done.
Never mind, tomorrow is a brand new day and I will no doubt get smacked with an inspirational thought when I'm driving to work or something. Let's hope so, anyway!
