Blog Prompting

Have you checked out the challenges in the DigiScrapShak forum? Tina has been challenging us with blog prompts each week. This last week the prompt has been to blog about a random act of kindness you have received recently.

I have racked my brains to think of something ... and then my lovely Seanie came home on Sunday from a shopping trip out with his Dad, and bought me a storage wallet for my CDs that I can keep in the car. He's such a thoughtful boy ... he knew I was after one. So that was my RAK.

I'm more accustomed to being the giver of RAKs than the receiver. I like to treat my family and friends well ... just yesterday I gave my friend a little box of his favourite choccies, just because I felt like it. And I have been known to ... actually I'm not going to say - because the whole point of being the giver of a random act of kindness is not so that you boast about it ... it's just nice to do something nice for someone to show them that you care. You don't need to know what I do ... just that I do it and enjoy it.

Hhhmmm, very profound, yes?
