I Love Strawberry Kiwi!

Well, the kids have kindly taken themselves off upstairs this afternoon to play, and left me in peace to do some scrapping.


This is another layout with the gorgeous Strawberry Kiwi line from Cindy Simon at NDISB. I've used two of the papers from the paper pack (the flowery paper is actually a vibrant pink colour, but I used it at 20% opacity with the blend mode set to luminosity, which changed the colour to green). The ricrac and stitching are from the element pack, and the green paper I used for the photo mat and the pink stitch are from the add-on pack. I also used Miss Mint's Grunge Stamped Alpha for the title, and the journaling font is Rhino Dino.

I am really delighted with how this has turned out - I love the fact that it's monochromatic with just that splash of the pink, and still following my clean and simple style that I like so much.

Hopefully, once I've got some more washing in the machine and got Ethan bathed and in bed, I'll have time to play some more. It's so nice to feel that my mojo is back!
