Guilt Is Good!

Here we go ... another layout. I was doing a bit of shopping the other day and came across this fabulous aged polaroid alpha by MandaBean, and I just had to have it ... such a cool idea.

Credits: background paper (used twice, but exposure settings tweaked to make the paper lighter for the matting), ric rac, flower and tag (again with the exposure settings tweaked slightly) - all from the Plain Digital Wrapper August Mega Kit. Aged Polaroid Alpha - MandaBean. Fonts - Milk & Cereal and Arial.

Basically, I'd had yet another row with Colin one morning, and I was so angry with him that I could barely speak (and that's ANGRY!) I'd been over to the canteen at lunchtime with Charlie (my lovely colleague and friend), and when we got back, there they were ... a gorgeous big bouquet. I must admit, I was very impressed, though to be honest I would have been just as impressed if he'd actually gone to the supermarket and bought a cheapo bunch of flowers. I've got to say it though, they were absolutely gorgeous and they lasted the best part of three weeks.

So there you have it ... guilt is good - but only if it's on the part of your other half and causes him to dig into his wallet and buy something nice!
